It is so soft and squishy, with just the right amount of pressure, with the adjustable elastic band. They are great for my eye pain and for headaches. It's so soothing I don't want to take it off! I just slide it up on my forehead when I'm not using it on the eyes. And with the cute color(rose gold) no one really notices that I'm wearing something for medical reasons. It's comfortable enough that you can use it for sleep!
