I don’t know what the other people were talking about when they said they have a smell because these have no smell. They’re so easy to use I just run them under hot water to heat them up. And use them however I would use any other kind of noodles. They take on any flavor you add to them. Some people have complained about the texture but I have no problem with that at all. I have bought 4 cases so far. The only thing I don’t like is how much they cost. Other than that I’m very impressed. I’ve recommended them to all my friends. Even when I stop keto I am still going to buy these because I don’t feel bloated, nor do I feel sleepy after I eat them. And how great is it that they only are 5 cal per serving as opposed to hundreds of calories for spaghetti. I can’t say enough good things about these. One last thing I thought of is, the packaging is really good. It is double wrapped. Did I say I love these? I love these! I will buy these again and again!

I've been looking for a gluten-free, soy-free noodle substitute and came across these. They don't have a strong flavor (maybe a hint of citrus?) and they don't fall apart or get too mushy. I really wanted something that could pass in Japanese cuisine and these did work well with yakisoba. My next attempt will be ramen. The only downside to these noodles is the slight rubbery texture. It was definitely noticeable at the first bite and I wasn't sure if I could get used to them. By the end of the bowl, I was noticing it less and less. I will give them a second try, but I kind of put these in the same category as zucchini noodles. They both get the job done, but they're still a little disappointing. Soup might be a better use for these in terms of softening the texture. I think they are worth a try to see if you can handle the little bit of rubberiness.
