It's sturdy. It's slim, not too bulky. The install was easy (any handy person can do it themselves). The included level helps with the installation if you don't have those tools, but it does look strange and more commercial/ industrial when in view. I would say this mount is likely used in more commercial settings because of the industrial look and the the lockable bracket which makes it easy to install a new TV when you have the key. The adjustment of tilt is not that convenient - have to remove the TV from the VESA mount in order to adjust so real precise adjustments are difficult to achieve. Likewise, if you have a need to adjust the tilt from day to day or hour to hour, this would not be the mount for you. However, if you would be setting the tilt in the initial adjustment and then leaving it at that "setting," this mount might work for you. Carries the weight well. It was a little stiff in the joints coming out the box but works fine now. The plastic covers the metal fine, but they aren't more than decorative. The plate that mounts to the TV is a little too big for this TV, but who looks at the back anyway. Price was right.
