HOWEVER: For beginners learning technical fundamentals, this is a great shoe - it allows you to generate force without being spoon fed. For experienced technicians, used wisely, this shoe handles adverse terrain very well - a pleasant surprise. A great shoe for gliding, and for linear-dominant Discus throwers such as myself.

The Revolution in my opinion is not built for rotational throws like the Stones.
