It comes tightly folded into a small square, when since it’s a 6’ runner, it should be rolled.I’ve ordered a replacement..hoping it was just this rug. I’ll update in a few days.UPDATE:It’s been 30 days and the rug is still wavy and does not lay flat. The manufacturer needs to start shipping these rolled not folded.
