Other than having to fight with the thing to get it off of your ear once you've pierced it, this is easy to use.  It's quick, and works great.I had to have a friend do it for me because I chickened out on doing it myself.  I ordered this because I decided my lobes needed third holes and this is perfect for simple piercings.

Perfect for DIY piercing! With these I was easily able to pierce my nose and ears in the comfort of my own home and save quite a bit of money. You can use these tools again and again. I recommend only doing this yourself if you have a fairly high pain tolerance, and have proper tools and disinfectants
