I didn't expect too much as girls say it's difficult to apply make-up with this. Anyway, from the first try, I can't believe how good this product is! The silicone sponge does indeed use much less foundation. At first, even the smaller amount I put on was too much and somehow left me looking cakey. Now I use a better measurement.I've always used a brush to put my foundation on, but this has changed everything. It does take a little while to get used to as the technique is different to the way I applied my make-up before but it is well worth persevering. As a woman of a certain age, I'm always looking for anything that will make me look and feel better - my skin now looks flawless! Brilliant product and a great price too. Another plus is that the silicone sponge is so much easier to clean and is very hygienic. You can easily wash it after every use.
