It is the perfect height for them to be able to look out the window. There are plenty of levels and places for them to sleep comfortably for hours at a time. It is sturdy, and doesn't wobble much when they jump up and down from the different perches. There is a strap that you can attach to a stud to make it more secure, but in my apartment I haven't needed to use it. The top level is a bit small for my cats to lay on, but the attached toy always catches their eye. There is also a ball on a spring on a lower level which they enjoy as well. The scratching posts have stood up well to both cats. It is fairly easy to clean their fur off of the fabric covering. It was easy to assemble and I think that it is a great value for the price.
