Like most mothers, she greeted her child with simple expectations and gratitude, but with a strong desire to help her child through the formative early learning years pre- and beginning school. Having lived through the experience of raising and teaching a child herself, she has a great understanding of what benefits both parent and child during these formative years. Coupled with a background in educational products, she created tools that helped both her, and her child, enjoy learning in a positive and fun way. ZazzyKid is committed to bringing safe, high quality learning tools to parents and children worldwide. Our toys and educational tools help children learn basic life skills through teaching as well as play. ZazzyKid products make learning fun and easy, and provide an easy way for parents, and teachers, to actively engage in the learning process with their children.Making the Most of “My Calendar”:1. Before you start using this calendar, ask your child to pop-out the magnets, and put the Day magnets on the Weekdays box, Date magnet on the Days box, Month magnets on the Months box, Season magnets on the Seasons box, and Weather magnets on the Weather box.2. Ask your child to make his / her own Calendar by putting the correct weekday / month / date / season / weather for “Today”.3. After your child successfully completes the Calendar, give them the reward magnet "HOORAY, YOU DID IT!"4. We recommend using the Calendar every day to show the constant changes of date, season, and weather Review: An excellent calendar. - I've always had the date written in the right hand corner of my board with our character trait of the week, but wanted to be a little more "interactive" this year. My students are going to be keeping tabs on and updating this calendar every day. Neat features: 1. STRONG MAGNETS. I'm not worried about these getting lost. 2. Weather. I know a lot of the classes for younger students keep track of the type of weather. This year I started getting first a second grade students as part of my class, so this will be something I look forward to keeping track of. I'm going to get a chart and we're going to look for patterns. 3. Hanger/Rope. It's a strong nylon rope and is secured nicely to the calendar. I'm not worried about this being pulled down or breaking. It's just downright stylish. Nice choice of font! I've held off on buying any sort of calendar because most are meant for younger students....and most use Comic Sans.... This one is geared more toward upper grades. It's perfect for my mixed age class. There is a lot of useful information on it and it is one more things to get students involved in the daily routine. Very pleased with the purchase. Review: Amazing product! - I am obsessed with this calendar! I purchased it to help my 5.5 year old with our virtual learning this fall as she’s heading into grade 1. It’s a great way to practice. It’s easy to move the pieces around but has thick enough magnets with a strong hold so they stay on. Bright colours. Love love love. ## Features - Learn Today's Date, Days of the Week, Month, Season & Weather. Kids learn to read the words while putting them into the correct boxes to make "My Calendar" for Today.
