Review: Works Well - Customer Support is Easy! - Set up was easy, though my office already had a bottle-less filter, so we didn't set up from scratch. It worked well for office of 10 people, after around 4 months the filters broke, which was dissapointing as the packaging said they should last 6 months. Contacted customer support, and Rachael B from Avalon was helpful is diagnosing what the problem is and sending us a new filter free of charge! It works like new again, couldn't be more grateful to her for her help.

The water cooler Unit breaks down within a year and there is no Customer Service support system to talk too. They won’t replace the water cooler unit. Terrible troubleshoot system. ITS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!
