Review: So glad we bought these! - My wife uses these for her empanadas and she absolutely loves them. At first, she kind of hated them because there was an issue with sealing. But she got the hang of it and now uses them for every batch. We love how it leaves a nice uniformed edge and seals when you press it. Also, she was only getting about 60 empanadas per batch but now gets about 80 due to minimizing material waste as it cuts off the excess when pressing which goes back into the pile to make more with the same batch. Seem to be well made and durable. Definitely recommend but just know it may take a little practice at first. Oh, and make sure to add a little flower in the grooves to help prevent sticking. That's what she does.

My wife uses these for her empanadas and she absolutely loves them. At first, she kind of hated them because there was an issue with sealing. But she got the hang of it and now uses them for every batch. We love how it leaves a nice uniformed edge and seals when you press it.
