Wearability: I think it looks nice and I have worn it working, exercising, with casual styling and dressed up for going out. Ease of use: You can adjust the fit and then you just strech it over your hand onto your wrist. I take mine off several times during the day as I don't shower with my watch and it holds up nicely and doesnt stretch or get loose. Size: Lots of adjustment room to make it tighter or very loose.
