However, after using both the 56 cm and 66 cm bags, I haven’t faced any lock problems at all. The locks have worked smoothly and reliably so far. The bags themselves are lightweight, spacious, and easy to handle. Storage capacity is excellent, and the colour looks even better in person. What impressed me the most was Safari’s customer service. I had a zip issue with the smaller bag and contacted their support team. Since the exact replacement was unavailable, they proactively offered an alternative bag instead. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, which speaks highly of the brand’s after-sales support. Good product, good service and a company that stands behind its warranty. A solid recommendation from my side.
