The first is the Premium and I have it on my Jeep TJ. I got that one because it's exposed but didn't think I needed the Premium for my truck, which is a F150 with a hidden winch mounted behind the bumper. Hidden winch using the Rough Country mounting plate I also bought in Amazon a while back.Having both I honestly can not tell any difference between the two other than color. I got this one just to keep bug guts and water off of my winch. It stays pretty clean but now it will stay super clean. I respooled it recently and just thought less bug guts would be a good thing.It fit great on my Smittybilt X2O 12k for my application but I did have one part of a bracket from the truck making it hard to put on. You can see it in the pic. It made it harder but not really difficult. I used a Dremel and file and reduced it making it a non-issue.Overall I am very impressed with both covers.
