There are several places on the mirror that articulate so you have plenty of options for positioning. These articulated areas are tightened using the included allen wrenches. I tested the mirrors off road and at freeway speeds (70 mph)…no vibration, and visibility was awesome. These mirrors are under $100 and they look stout. I don’t ever want to put my doors back on now that I can see behind me. The mirror surface area is perfect. These are not obnoxiously big nor are they so small you can’t see anything. They got the size right. Placing the mirrors vertical rather than straight out looks the best in my opinion. Seriously a good buy for the money. My only concern is they can be easily stolen with a torx bit and a hand ratchet. Theft can’t be prevented but that’s the only bummer. They function well and a very durable they only down sides are they tend to vibrate loose pretty easily.
