Positives :- 1. Came within a working day as expected with no issues. 2. Tastes great, I just use water and to be honest the taste is great and on par with melted ice cream or a certain fast food giants milkshake! I feel it would be a bit sickening and adding pointless calories/fat making it up with milk, and as it tastes so good with water see no need to. 3. After 2 days of use I can already feel the difference, It keeps me full 6+ hours at a time and has given me that spark of extra energy too, I feel like doing thing much more than before. It is also easy to drink and satisfy's your hunger without feeling bloated. Think of it as feeling like eating a nice meal. 4. The price compared to others such as herbalife is wonderful, I feel better even this early than I did on herbalife and at more than half the cost!
