A: Try unplugging and then check the shredder for paper stuck in the teeth. Oleg back in and try again.

**Q: It says you don’t have to remove staples or clips????**
A: I leave staples and ir does fine.  I always take off paper clips no matter how small.

Control button is functioning little bit tight otherwise worth the price. The only thing I'm sad about is before 10 days product price is ₹2999 So I waited for few days to get it at discounted price because of Republic Day Sale. But in Republic Day Sale its price is ₹2998. Like seriously? 🙂 But overall quality is nice.
