A: seem to be cotton, but they are very small fitting and you will need to consider this.

**Q: Regardlng leg length: what are the measurements for short, regular and long?**
A: short is 29"  med would be 32" and Long would be 36" I would think . I know I am right with the short length

**Q: What length are the short**
A: The regular are 31" so I would presume the short to be 29".

Ordered a 32. Too small at waist.  ( husbands other jeans and trousers are 32 )Ordered a 34. These were the same size as the 32. Exacly the same gap in fastening.Very nice trousers with good weight. Can't comment on  comfort as volunteer try on properly.
