Another way i tried is an ice cream shake with adding some, however the full scoop serving is to much at once, with a full scoop sadly it comes out like wall paper paste! So be careful this isnt the fake protein powder this is the real stuff where a little goes a long long way! The chocolate flavor is really good in it so adding it to anything is perfect, just do what i do and measure out 1 scoop and use it all day long in your drink, coffee, if you make chai tea if you make a shake and use it as a substitute for your protein that day all day long!
