The “cute” style somehow creates immediate emotional attachment, and my kids now guard these pens like rare historical artefacts. Family disputes over “who stole my favourite pen” have increased significantly. One thing I genuinely appreciated is that the pens encourage writing voluntarily. Instead of avoiding homework, my children suddenly wanted to write stories, make lists, create comics, and produce lengthy fictional adventures involving dragons, footballers, ninjas, and occasionally maths homework villains.
