It was within seconds, they were amazing. They gave us a refund and we didn't need to ship back the original rings we bought. My partner isn't the best at maintaining his rings (😆) so we appreciate how it comes in a value pack. He says it is very nice and breathable, his work involves using his hands a lot but he never felt restricted or uncomfortable while wearing them. Overall, we love it!
