Review: So glad I made the change - I had another Fullstar Mandoline Slicer from a few years ago and I used it often. Unfortunately, I was not able to make my slices for scalloped potatoes the right thickness and I hated slicing them by hand. This works out perfectly and I can slice anything I want. The potatoes are perfect. Tomatoes also work well. I haven't tried the shredding blades yet but I'm sure they will be great. The case to hold the blades works out well. There was no assemlby. Just take out of box and use. Please use the special glove to not slice off your finger like I did with my last mandoline.

I had another Fullstar Mandoline Slicer from a few years ago and I used it often. Unfortunately, I was not able to make my slices for scalloped potatoes the right thickness and I hated slicing them by hand. This works out perfectly and I can slice anything I want. The potatoes are perfect. Tomatoes also work well. I haven't tried the shredding blades yet but I'm sure they will be great. The case to hold the blades works out well. There was no assemlby. Just take out of box and use. Please use the special glove to not slice off your finger like I did with my last mandoline.

This slices with ease. saved me time at dinner as slide slide and done. Great for potatos, and the grib was decent. didnt slide that much. love the different style blades it came with. Easy enought for daughter to use as well
