Review: Works exactly as it should - We were travelling to the USA and previous experience has taught us that my wife's mobile phone does not always work over there. So, as a backup I decided to get one of these SIM cards and put it in an old Samsung S8 (which is 4G not 5G). When the SIM arrived, I followed the instructions and set the date for the SIM to be activated. Once we got to the USA, I turned on the S8 and it immediately found T-Mobile. I made a test phone call to our family in America and it worked fine. I could also use the data without issue. In fact, I could even set the S8 up as a wireless hotspot (albeit a bit slow). We were travelling quite a lot and I can confirm the SIM worked in Virginia, Pennsylvania & New York. It didn't work in Canada but it wasn't supposed to. Although our stay was only for 10 days, I bought a 12 day SIM and it worked from the moment we arrived , right up until I switched the phone off when we were on the plane getting ready for take off The only thing I couldn't do was make calls to non USA phone numbers but that was expected. We have used these types of sims on 4 previous holidays to florida and this one let us down. There is also no way to get a refund if it doesnt work.
