Review: GREAT post surgery garment - I had Diep flap reconstructive surgery which leaves an incision similar to a tummy tuck. The garment they gave me at the hospital was thick with velcro that scratched my skin. I bought a number of compression high waisted panties on desertcart and these were the best!!! The edges are not too tight and the compression over the belly is very firm. Its holding everything together while it heals very comfortably. Pro tip: rather than pull the tight panty down every time I pee, I pull the crotch to the side. That way I'm not constantly messing with my drains. I am a size 8 or 10 tall jeans and the large panty is very snug on my belly. Glad I didn't get a medium.
