**Q: how much space on the 25.4 for grips and levers? i have a e-bike and need about 220mm**
A: Have just measured the straight section before the bend and it is just under 180mm.

A: These are two fitting sizes for the handlebar stem... 25.4mm  and  31mm is the ''centre'' size of the handlebar... so it appears that you will need the 25.4.

A: I got this for my own bike and the straight part is approx 240mm.
