The brewing system makes both tea and coffee taste smooth, rich, and flavorful without bitterness, and I really like that the tea separates automatically so it doesn’t over-steep. The temperature and strength settings are easy to use, the keep-warm function is very convenient, and cleanup is simple. It combines style, convenience, and great performance all in one machine, and it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances.

I like that you can steam the leaves with this model or just heat water to a certain temp to steep tea bags. I have not had any leakage issues. The pot cleans up nicely. We do have soft water, so I’m sure that helps as well. The water heats quickly. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend this product.

This is by far the best electric kettle ever. It boils so quick and nice. I also love no plastic touching the water heating chamber and clear glass is very very good! I love having it on my kitchen counter. Customer service and warranty process is also THE BEST!
