This toilet seat was very easy to install and fit perfectly on my round toilet. The soft-close feature works smoothly and quietly, with no slamming at all. Easy to attach. Sizing is correct. It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. The soft close feature is nice. I haven't had it ling enough to say whether or not it stains or anything, but it's plastic so cleaning shouldn't be an issue One of the questions was whether or not it's suitable for toddlers. I'd say so. The hole isn't massive so it woukd work for a tiny tushie. Plus the lit won't slam shut, which is always good when you're trying to potty train a kid
