A: works great for frozen pizza as long as you preheat it for ample time.

Maybe the one you received had been returned without the instructions. Basically it says warm the plate and cover in the microwave for 3 minutes on high then add the food. **Q: Can this be used in a convection microwave on bake kode?**
A: Shoulod be able to work in any microwave as long as you're only using the MICROWAVE FUNCTION. NOT FOR REGULAR NON MICROWAVE USE. Convention oven will destroy it !
