All other fancy scrubbers are far below this in terms of not harming human health in any way. But you have to keep your dishes soaked in water fully for a few minutes before scrubbing. For stubborn stains, vinegar for dishwashing needs to be used for the first scrub then the scrubbing with simple soapy solution is to be done. People who rate this badly are not using their mental ability. Chemical based scrubbers including those with metal pieces embedded are harmful for human health directly and indirectly.
