The frame on the desk does sit a bit higher than the desk from Wahoo, so if you put the fan on the frame, the front two legs don't touch the ground. I have mine placed right against the front, with the back legs tucked in, and it hits my torso and face. **Q: Can the surface of the desk tilt upward? I have a reclining bike and the desktop would need to be able to tilt upwards.** A: No sir it won't rotate. You'd have to place something to provide you that tilt but I would be afraid that it would just slip off the table.
