They also seem to be eager to improve the product. So, one can trust them while buying the product. Thank you. Original: Looks great and was really fantastic during initial few uses. However, within 2 months of ‘occasional’ usage, the edge of knives became uneven and upon closer look it appears that the edge chipped off at a number of places. I know how to use these knives and am careful with it, so it was not due to bad or rough usage. Not sure whether I got a bad batch or this how all their knives are. Extremely disappointed with the quality, as it is quite expensive and was hoping get a long life out of it. Feels like a large sum of money went down the drain.

Update The customer support team of the supplier is fantastic and the additional stars is for them. They promptly got in touch to see how to best resolve the issue. They also seem to be eager to improve the product. So, one can trust them while buying the product. Thank you. Original: Looks great and was really fantastic during initial few uses. Ich habe das XINZUO Messerset der He-Serie vor allem wegen des Damastdesigns, der Verarbeitung und des edlen Holzblocks gekauft – und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Messer sind extrem scharf, gut ausbalanciert und optisch ein echter Hingucker. Für ambitionierte Hobbyköche eine klare Empfehlung, auch als Geschenk sehr hochwertig. ⸻ ✅ Stärken • Rasiermesserscharfe Klingen direkt ab Werk – schneiden mühelos durch Fleisch, Gemüse, Brot, etc. • Damaststahl-Optik (67 Schichten Stahl) sieht hochwertig aus – ob es sich um echten Damast handelt oder nur Damast-Muster, spielt im Alltag keine große Rolle, da die Performance stimmt. • Der Griff aus Pakkaholz liegt angenehm in der Hand, wirkt stabil und sauber verarbeitet – auch bei längerer Nutzung kein Rutschen. • Akazienholzblock ist massiv und stylisch, bringt Ordnung auf die Küchenzeile und hält die Messer sicher. • Inklusive Multifunktions-Küchenschere – solide, liegt gut in der Hand und erweitert den Nutzwert des Sets. ⸻ ⚠️ Mögliche Kritikpunkte • Die Messer sind nicht spülmaschinengeeignet – wie bei allen hochwertigen Klingen, aber das sollte man wissen. • Pflegeaufwand ist etwas höher: am besten direkt nach Gebrauch reinigen und trocknen, gelegentlich ölen. • Für absolute Profis eventuell nicht ganz das Level von handgeschmiedeten Einzelmessern – aber für den Preis top. ⸻ 📦 Lieferumfang • Enthalten sind: Chefmesser, Santoku, Brotmesser, Universalmesser, Obstmesser, Küchenschere & Holzblock • Alles kommt gut verpackt, sicher geschützt und wertig präsentiert – macht auch als Geschenk ordentlich Eindruck. ⸻ 🔚 Fazit Das XINZUO He-Serie Messerset überzeugt durch Schärfe, Design und hochwertiges Handling.
