My dog destroyed my plants and brought them inside so it was all over my carpet. I managed to vacuum** A: You would need to vacuum the soil first to get up all the debris. Then, when use this cleaner, it will get up all the spots. I have 4 dogs, and every spot they’ve left behind, this cleaner has cleaned them all up. **Q: Are the uphostery attachments all bristle? Or are they like the rental ones with the smooth surface?** A: Both attachments included have bristles.
