The construction is first rate, the fit is fine, the zippered side makes taking it off and putting it on easy as pie!! I bought a pair because I have a left ankle problem(weak) and this 8 inch boot give me a lot of lateral side stability. Yes you can spend tons more cash for a better named boot, however, you are most likely just wasting your hard earned cash. Actually I bought two pair. One for my grandson (he loves his too) and a pair for myself. I don't know anything about the customer relations office or how fast you get you money back etc., I haven't had to find out!! Mine fit fine!! I am please with both the product and the wear ability of it. The only change I made was putting a gel sole in mine. Absolutely the best way to go if you are 70 yrs old and work on your feet.
