I had an issue with receiving my texts and phone calls on the watch, and I had a simple do not disturb on, oops, and a more in-depth notifications switch. They replied to my questions promptly and even with pictures to guide me step by step. They were there on the weekend and even a holiday. It was impressive and extremely helpful. I cannot praise them enough!!! They, along with the watch, will make me buy from them again! The watch is amazing. It does exactly what it says and that is what I need. I get all the fitness tracking features (and there are tons), the O2, heart rate, blood pressure, AND my texts and phone calls. Beautiful product and service all around! Will buy from them again.

I had an issue with receiving my texts and phone calls on the watch, and I had a simple do not disturb on, oops, and a more in-depth notifications switch. They replied to my questions promptly and even with pictures to guide me step by step. They were there on the weekend and even a holiday. It was impressive and extremely helpful. I cannot praise them enough!!! They, along with the watch, will make me buy from them again! The watch is amazing. It does exactly what it says and that is what I need. Worked well for thee first 3 mos but after that I couldn't get it to charge back up to 100%. Tried different outlets etc and i can only get it to 70%
