I received the wig 2 days after placing an order.Now let's talk about the wig, It is thick & really long (reaching about my waist, I'm 5'6") and hence, it does tangle easily.I've owned longer wigs before & I know what to expect with it. The lace and the hair is soft. The hair is a little on the shiny side, but I put a little setting powder on it and it dulled it down. It’s a lot longer than what it looks like in the picture. It ended up coming down to my butt. I customized it to my liking, and got A LOT of compliments on my hair.The only downside is that it started to tangled quite a bit after a few hours, but that’s to be expected with a synthetic wig. And the wig was a little bit too big, so the back had a bit of a gap even when I positioned the straps.
