Review: Great bicycle and great customer service - This bicycle arrived packed well and was 75 percent assembled. The rest (front wheel, handle bars, peddles) was easy to put together. This bike has all the options (disc brakes, full suspension, 21 speed, shimmono derailer). There was a problem with the front suspension not compressing. I contacted ShiDu Sales and they were great to work with. The problem was resolved with not a lot of effort and I felt I was treated fairly.

I love the look of this bike! I got the black with blue trim, I love it! I would have given this 5 stars but the only slight issue for now is the front rim has a small dent. Eventually it will have to be fixed. Overall very happy with bike. Rides great, gears shift on a dime, front & rear disc brakes great. I should mention the bike is on the heavy side which is a good thing. Over the hills and far away, Ecarpat will find your way!! Couldn’t go wrong for the price!
