Lock is now rekeyed and working. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cylinder works great, stem/shaft too short *by L***U on May 27, 2025* As most have mentioned, the shaft is shorter. I didn't see an option for the longer shaft, so like most did as well, I replaced it with my old one. Feel sorry if the part you need is the stem shade part.
