However, after having tried a few organic deodorants (Primal Pit Paste, Bali Secrets) and experiencing mediocre results, I finally found a deodorant that works. Raw Earth(lemon) is truly an organic deodorant that does the job akin to regular chemical-filled big store brands, but without the harmful chemicals. With primal pit and bali secrets, i noticed that the deodorant would only work for a limited time, and after about 5 hours or so, the smell would be a mix of body odor and fragrance. Not really pleasant. With Raw Earth however, the lemon smell last ALL DAY, and the perspiration is kept at a healthy minimum and again, there is no BO. Another plus is that it does not contain baking soda, so no dark armpits. I cannot stress enough how great the lemon fragrance is and it truly is all day lasting. I dont know what it is about this deodorant that works, but it does and I couldn't be happier that i finally found an organic one that does the job after all of this trial and error.EDIT: To make this last longer during the hot summer months, keep it refrigerated. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No more irritation or smell! *by D***X on Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2018* Edit 1/19So I've noticed that these types of deodorants just stop working in me after a while. As much as I have wanted to use organic deodorants, I have just accepted that they don't work as well and gone back to mainstream deodorants. The ones that actually last are made with waay too much baking soda which burns my pits or none at all and I smell by 3pm. I'm currently using Suave Clinical because it works best.For the first time since I started using organic deodorants like 3 or 4 years ago, this is the FIRST deodorant that doesn't burn my pits and cause irritation! I hate that most of the other brands use waaaaayyy too much baking soda which is the culprit for the irritation. You really only need like a pinch of that stuff, really. Which is why I was just a little skeptical about a brand without any baking soda at all. But OH MY! This deodorant does everything it's supposed to do without breaking my pits out in a rash and burning. And it smells amazing. Love the lemon scent. Smells yummy enough to eat. I also bought he Ylang Ylang. That one is a bit more of a neutral scent, but it still smells fresh. I started using this in a heat wave of over 90 degree weather. I did NOT stink at the end of my long work day, even after a 25 minute walk home. And if you need even more of a plus side, it's not as expensive as some of the other brands and it's a paste that comes in the average deodorant size stick so it lasts for a long time making it an even better bargain! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far the best natural, baking soda free deodorant I have found *by H***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2018* I have been struggling with finding a natural deodorant, that is baking soda free, that does not cause itchy, painful rashes and works with stress sweat without smelling "skunky". This is so far the best I have found. It's not perfect, and on really stressful days a hint of lemony skunk still comes through (which is so weird, because my natural stress sweat without deodorant does not smell skunky at all, just when I use natural deodorants).Anyway. This smells great, keeps me dry(I don't really perspire enough for that to be a real issue though), and it applies easily and smoothly. I have only used this for about a week now, but I also don't have the rashes I was getting after two or three uses with other brands.
