Shower duckboard, teak. Note: Once the platform is installed in the shower tray, the valve cover can be removed to prevent it from touching with the platform or move the rubber block so that it does not touch the valve, this block is screwed onto the platform That can be easily removed.

**Q: Is there a varnish or treatment applied to the surface of the wood?**
A: There is a wood stain applied to the surface. It looks really nice and has a waterproof finish to it. I’m very happy with this product

**Q: What is the dimension of the wooden slats, ie how thick is the wood?**
A: Hi there, think the dims are on the website but I threw mine out - the stain came off in my shower which had a terrazzo floor and subsequently stained it on me. Not happy, it’s not waterproof.

**Q: Is this suitable for outside the shower?**
A: Yes it would be suitable for outside the shower. It comes fitted with little rubber feet which would work well on the outside of a shower.
