I started with the softest and worked up to the firmest and had no problem with them apart from you have to work out for yourself which is which and it's not as easy to tell as you might imagine. But after a little testing I figured it out and as I said, they did what I needed them for and exercised my hand after surgery to recover my grip and strength. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smaller than expected *by L***A on 15 February 2021* I’ve been using these stress balls to help with my exercises for my frozen shoulder,they give good tension and are easy to grip. I’ve just only started on the lower one and notice the difference when I’m not using them.Luckily,I don’t have big hands,otherwise they would be too small and would be no good for the tension.I think these are aimed more for children and people like myself with small hands.
