Right from the beginning it exceeded my expectations. The packaging was simple and mostly recycled. Right out of the box it was ready to go. The instructions were very simple and easy to understand. Within minutes it was connected to both of my devices (cellphone and laptop). It is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. From the Bluetooth I can listen to music on my laptop change songs and increase and decrease the volume, while being connected to my phone. The extra ear bud is also a great feature for when you are listening to music. I have not yet had a chance to truly test the battery times yet but so far is seems amazing. I plan on purchasing another one for my wife very soon. For the money this is an amazing product. ### ⭐ too much feedback/noisey *by M***E on April 15, 2018* I don't recommend this product. I got tons of feedback from it. Sadly, I impulse bought it when I'd misplaced my other Bluetooth & didn't try this one until 1 day late of returning it. ergh. my bad.
