I bought it for playing cricket to use while fielding. Review: A Little Tight - These fabric sleeves are great. I don't play much ball anymore, but I do get dry, cracked skin sometimes and these allow me to keep working while protecting my skin. They are a bit tight and if I put one on my thumb, it will restrict the blood flow. However, I do have really large hands, so this might not be a problem for everyone. The sleeves have a little ridge in the middle which makes it easy to place them directly over a joint. The fabric is not only stretchy, it's also a little cushy as well. Not sure if you can wash and reuse them, so that's a bit of a drawback (they will get dirty). Don't forget to remove them before you wash your hands as well, unless you like the feeling of wet fabric on your finger. Functionally, these are fantastic. Perfect if your trying to keep fingers straight or protection. A little too stiff for what I needed but these are great fit and slip on with some pulling.
