Review: Reviews after a month usage - So I’m giving reviews after a month. This protein is amazing, Now let me tell you how. 1) It’s tastes good (I ordered Matcha Flavour) 2) Not even a single side effect (And I’m going through my recovery phase from multiple fractures in my pelvic and collarbone) It didn’t affect me in any way. 3) It starts you making feeling energetic right after you consume it. 4) It gives glow to your face And here comes the question we all have in our mind. Does it help to loose weight. I would rather say, It helps more to maintain weight than loosing it. For example if you’re in your weight loosing journey and you workout and eat properly which helps you to loose weight so this protein will also help you to do that, you’ll see changes in your weight loss. And if you don’t workout or eat what you should and consume this power and expect it to do wonders - Than I’m not sure coz I always consumed it after my exercises. As I said I’m going through my recovery phase and can’t do any intense or jumping exercises. I always do lying exercises and walk atleast 5k steps a day which is more than enough for someone in my condition but it helped me to loose some weight but that was only possible because I also took care of all the factors I mentioned above. But you won’t gain weight that I can assure you. Don’t worry I had same thought what if I gain weight with this but No, that’s not gonna happen. I’m gonna order another one but the pricing is bit expensive for 15 scoops. It should be around 1200 only. Rest is all good.

We in scenario of fast life and junk food, do not get ample protein in our daily nutritional count. Here i have choosen @ozivianutrition 's protein and herb blend drink. I wanted to get my hsnds on Mocha flavour but the chocolate one is equally good. After a hectic day at work i hardly have any energy left to hit the gym and burn those extra love handles. Therefore, have been taking one scoop of oziva nutrition protein and herb blend with water pre workout . The interesting part is, it is soy free, glutem free, has no added sugar, non GMO and no preservatives to it. What makes it better than other shakes claiming for a better health? It has Guduchi, Green Tea, Cinnamon- these help you speed up metabolism and burn those extra calories throughout your day if taken in breakfast specially. It has herbs like Shatavari, Flaxseed, Tulsi and Curcumin which will take care of your hormonal mood swings. It has concentrate and cold processed whey protein. Incase you feel uneasy with protein diet and get gastric issues or digestive issues, you can stay assure that Papain and Brahami in it will take care of it. The one stop solution for all your hair and skin issues, because it also has Biotin- often recommended for supple skin, lustrous hair and stronger nails. Along with Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin C and B complex. Beleive me it tastes a lot better than those bitter protein supplements i have tried prior. Thats an added benefit. I really wish i could have got the Mocha flavour if it was not out of stock. I am really looking forward to get my hands on the other products by this brand. Indeed its shaker looks sturdy 🥳 We need more products like these which can help women to tackle the health issues in a healthier way. ✅ taste 10/10 ✅ fuled me when i was tierd 10/10 ✅ quantity in price offered 10/10 I would have loved a shaker too 🥳
