Rome was a no good because its sidewalks are just too damaged and hilly. It is light weight compared to many others and easy to fold up and put in car. It survived 4 airplane trips with no damage (however, we did use a bungee cord to keep it closed). Very easy to operate although backing up was a bit of a struggle for me. However, it turns on a dime so I could usually go into the elevator and turn around (unless there were too many people in it). It is also easy to push when it is off. It comes with no instructions unless you scan a code and look it up online. However, it's pretty much easy to do. Just raise the back, lock it in place, pull down the foot rest, and hang the battery on the back. It greatly assists my elderly sister with getting around the house and its very easy to maneuver. The wheels appear to be solid and should hold up under a lot of rolling around. It's not as heavy as I thought so that is a plus for me.
