Follow the sizing chart typed out in the description and not in in the "Amazon Shoe Sizing Chart." Only problem was the USB charging cable must have had some loose or bad wiring, I had to wiggle the wiring around and tape it so that it could properly charge. I also had a random spare USB charging cable that coincidentally fit with the shoes so I used those as well to charge it. No arch support but that was expected because of the LED lighting. Pretty thick shoes, believe I got what I paid for. Reasonable price and super fast shipping, can't wait to rave in these!
