After one year the bloom enhancers on both lights went out. Customer service replied with instructions on how to trouble shoot the problem. We landed on it needing new boards. They sent me a link to order the parts and a link with instructions on how to change the parts. I didn’t think this would include me doing the work. I received an email saying the parts are ready for shipment. After two weeks and no parts I emailed them asking when my parts would be shipped. The reply was, we’ll let you know when the come in. It has been a total of 7 weeks at this point and still no boards. If you grow then you know the lack the bloom lights isn’t good for your flowering cycle. Also,it should be mentioned that the warranty includes you having to do complete the repairs yourself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great light when working *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2018* First off this light is great when working properly. The bloom lights started burnin out, I’m now down to 2/6 bloom arrays. The rep. At optic told me he was mailing the parts to me.Edit: I got sent the replacements and got the light running again. Great light when it’s all working.
