I installed one in a new HP 14-dk0022wm laptop which came with a Realtek card that would not work with Linux. The laptop has an AMD Ryzen3 processor and it works just fine. **Q: Hi, do you know if i can install this card into my lenovo 80xt0000us?** A: I tried to install this card on my W540 and it would not even let the machine boot. Looks like Lenovo requires you to purchase a card from them even though it looks identical. **Q: I want to replace intel ac-3165 that came with dell 7559, will this work on it?** A: I just did this upgrade. If you have the Intel cpu in it. It doubled my Wifi speeds to the max of my plan 240Mbps and expect it to go beyond this if I get faster ISP speeds. I first tried a $300 router from amazon with 8 antennas that also gave a stong signal and good speeds not this high), but that router kept dropping every device' Wifi connection. My 2 year old Asus router is now pushing strong speeds and signal though multiple walls and floors to this card.
