Kicking horse coffee's lone female roaster took it upon herself to give the blend its now-infamous name, because this blend gets fired up to 454 degrees. Be forewarned: don't tangle with this horse unless you're prepared to get bucked. Tasting notes: deep, dark-roasted coffee, with hints of cocoa. ## Features - Indonesian, heavy bodied coffee rich with earthy and cocoa tones - Canada's 1 organic Fair Trade coffee - Shade grown Arabica beans - Whole beans for the freshest taste - Certified QMI organic and Fair Trade ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00AE22C4G | | ASIN | B00AE22C4G | | Best Sellers Rank | #85,499 in Grocery ( See Top 100 in Grocery ) #813 in Roasted Whole Coffee Beans | | Brand Name | Kicking Horse Coffee | | Caffeine Content Description | Caffeinated | | Caffeine Content Per Serving | 120 Milligrams | | Certificate Type | Certified Organic | | Coffee Roast Level | Dark Roast | | Coffee Type | Coffee Bean | | Container Type | Bag | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (605) | | Customer reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (605) | | Diet Type | Kosher | | Flavor | Dark Chocolate | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00629070500151 | | Is Discontinued By Manufacturer | No | | Item Dimensions | 6.4 x 10.2 x 19.1 centimeters | | Item Form | Whole Bean | | Item Package Weight | 0.46 Kilograms | | Item Weight | 454 Grams | | Item model number | 629070500151 | | Manufacturer | Kicking Horse Coffee | | Manufacturer | Kicking Horse Coffee | | Model Number | 629070500151 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Part Number | 629070500151 | | Product Dimensions | 6.35 x 10.16 x 19.05 cm; 454 g | | Size | 454 g (Pack of 1) | | Special Ingredients | Low, Medium, High Acidity; Indonesian Origin | | Specialty | Certified Organic | | Sweetness Description | slightly sweet | | UPC | 798527449678 629070500151 | | Unit Count | 473.18 Milliliters | | Variety | Arabica | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Kicking Horse Coffee - **Caffeine Content Description:** Caffeinated - **Flavour:** Dark Chocolate - **Item form:** Whole Bean - **Roasting level:** Dark Roast ## Images ![Kicking Horse Whole Bean Coffee, 454 Horse Power Dark Roast, 1 Pound - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61VWxFTvq-L.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Kicking Horse Whole Bean Coffee, 454 Horse Power Dark Roast, 1 Pound - Kicking Horse Coffee, Kick Ass, Dark Roast, Whole Bean, Certified Organic, Fairtrade, Kosher Coffee, 2.2 Lb, 35.2 Ounce - Kicking Horse Coffee, Three Sisters, Medium Roast, Whole Bean, 10 oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/613908453-kicking-horse-whole-bean-coffee-454-horse-power-dark-roast](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/613908453-kicking-horse-whole-bean-coffee-454-horse-power-dark-roast) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
