Our system has led the development of water treatment solutions using environmentally friendly ultraviolet (UV) light. We have the largest installed base of UV systems in operation on the planet, and many of their innovations define the industry standards for safeguarding your water from the damaging effects of microbial and chemical contamination.

## Features

- Certified to NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 for the reduction of 60+ Contaminates including chlorine, chloramine, lead, cysts, mercury and VOCs.
- UV light penetrates and permanently alters the DNA of the microorganisms in a process called thymine dimerization. The microorganisms are inactivated and rendered unable to reproduce or infect.
- The Pelican UV Max comes with a full five year warranty against manufacturer's defects on the power supply ; a ten year guarantee on the water chamber; and a one year warranty on lamps and UV intensity monitors.
- Natural and safe disinfection without the use of harmful chemicals and does not affect taste, color and odor of the water
- Indicator lights show the status of system components. Warning lights appear when system maintenance is required.
