Inkplicity can help! *by W***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 30, 2018* I bought these because my HP Officejet Pro 8625 was rejecting my other refilled (at Costco) cartridges with a "Cartridge Damaged" error. I thought Costco must have damaged the cartridge when they refilled it.HOWEVER, when I opened the Inkplicity package, I noticed a bold "ATTENTION" sticker on each cartridge bag that noted an HP firmware update would be required for this specific new HP "Cartridge Damaged" error. A quick visit to the Inkplicity URL given on the sticker has the link to HP with the download. I installed it and viola!, all of my cartridges are working again.Thank you Inkplicity!
